The staff was very friendly and well-trained every time I needed help. Good location of the hotel in Aziziyah district. Besides, it was just off a taxi and food shops and shopping centres and food shops.

I recently stayed at Hotel 21 for a week while exploring the area, and I was impressed. The staff's hospitality was excellent, especially Ayoub and Haya, who went above and beyond to assist me. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The cheerful atmosphere made my experience even better, and the easy access to taxis and nearby restaurants was a huge bonus.

I had a pretty good time during my stay! The hotel was clean and tidy, which is always a plus. Although it was a bit far from Al Haram, the government-run free bus service made transportation super easy-buses ran every 10-15 minutes! The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Nidal and Haya, who always had a smile on their faces. Plus, the room, despite being small, felt cozy and bright.
I did run into a couple of issues. I reported some hot water problems that weren’t fixed, which was pretty disappointing. I also had an unsettling experience coming back to an unlocked room. Even though nothing was missing, the lack of follow-up from the staff left me feeling uneasy. some improvements are needed.

My stay was quite enjoyable, providing great value for my money. The location was fantastic, just steps away from the Haram, and the staff were great.
The breakfast experience could use more variety to better meet guests' expectations.

amazing, amazing, amazing
I was captivated by the fine design and how spacious my triple room was. The bus service to the Holy Mosque was convenient, and I loved the variety offered at breakfast-my favorites were the mashed potatoes and falafel! The staff were genuinely cute. I especially felt taken care of by Mr Amr at the buffet and Mrs Haya at the reception.
strongly recommend ❤️❤️

nice simple color theme, comfortable living area, pleasing scent in reception
Shuttle service is not reliable and far from Al Haram!!! Basic bathroom amenities like lotion and shower gel are missing!!! The washroom size is cramped and the lighting is not conducive for sleep!!!

The cleanliness of the room stood out immediately. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough when we requested cleaning. The quad room was spacious enough for my family and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast experience left much to be desired. The choices were quite limited, with only a few basic dishes available. When it came to suhoor, the response from the staff when we inquired about food availability was disappointing. They even stated that they couldn't provide more food and were less than polite in their approach. Although the location offered easy access to taxis and a nearby public bus stop to the Haram, the hotel's shuttle service was not available on weekdays. It was a letdown considering we hoped to rely on shuttle services as advertised. All these little details added up, giving a mixed feeling about the stay.
